1- Run SamsungToolPRO_24.4.exe

2- Select your language

3- Choose the destination folder and click next.

4- Click next.

5- Check create a desktop shortcut and click next.

6- Click Install to begin the installation.

• Choose your Samsung Galaxy Model
• FLASH
  • FLASH INSTRUCTIONS:
    • 1. Choose the correct flash file(s).
    • 2. If you have the PIT file chosen, then you must check the ‘Repartition’ option.
    • 3. Check flashing options if needed (Repartition, EFS clear, Boot update).
    • 4. Power on phone in download mode (turn off the phone, press vol. down + home + power).
    • 5. Connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable, and install drivers if needed.
    • 6. Press the ‘Flash’ button.

• BACKUP Samsung Galaxy device:
  • BACKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
    The phone must be rooted!
    If the software can’t root the phone automatically,
    then you must root your device manually.
    1. Power on the phone.
    2. Tap 7 times on ‘Build number’ in ‘Settings’-‘About phone’ to enable ‘Developer options,
    go to ‘Settings’-‘Developer options’ and enable ‘USB debugging.
    3. Connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable, and install drivers if needed.
    4. Select device in ADB settings.
    5. Press the ‘Read EFS’ button to read backup or ‘Write EFS’ to restore or
    Press ‘Write CERT’ to restore certificates. To backup/restore QCN, a phone diagnostic port must be enabled.
    1. Power on the phone.
    2. Type *#0808# and select ‘DM+MODEM+ADB’.
    3. Type *#9090# and select ‘DM/DUN over HSIC’.

    5. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
    6. Press the ‘Read QCN’ button to read NV backup or ‘Write QCN’ to restore.

    1. Power on the phone.
    2. Type *#0808# and select ‘DM+MODEM+ADB’.
    3. Type *#9090# and select ‘DM/DUN over HSIC’.

    4. Connect the phone to the PC with the USB cable, and install drivers if needed.
    5. Select diagnostic port in port settings.
    6. Press the ‘Unlock’ button for direct unlock.

    Reset EFS, Disable Factory Mode:
    The phone must be rooted!
    If the software can’t root the phone automatically,
    then you must root your device manually.
    1. Power on the phone.
    2. Tap 7 times on ‘Build number’ in ‘Settings’-‘About phone’ to enable ‘Developer options,
    go to ‘Settings’-‘Developer options’ and enable ‘USB debugging.
    3. Connect the phone to the PC with a USB cable, and install drivers if needed.
    4. Select device in ADB settings.
    5. Press ‘Reset EFS’ if you need to reset it.
    Be careful, do not perform this without necessity. The backup will be created automatically.
    6. If you have a yellow table on your device screen, then press the ‘Disable Factory Mode’ button. Wipe EFS/NVM:
    If you have ‘IMEI null/null’ or ‘Phone baseband unknown’ errors,
    Then you can try to repair these errors with this function.
    1. Power on phone in download mode (turn off the phone, hold Volume Down + Home + Power).
    2. Connect USB cable, and install drivers if needed.
    3. Press the ‘Wipe EFS/NVM’ button to deactivate security.
    4. Wait till the phone reboot.
