Primarily I work in the HiFi industry, always have. A side affect of this is needing a beer at the end of the day… I guess most jobs cause this reaction. Along time ago I wanted something more from my beer drinking. More flavour, more complexity, just more! This was at a time in the Australian brewing industry where (believe it or not) there was only one brewer per state more or less. Carlton United in Vic, Tooheys in NSW and of course XXXX in Qld, etc. These beers never crossed borders eithers so if you lived in Victoria you drank VB or Melbourne bitter or if you were fancy, Crown. It didn’t much matter which one you chose anyway as they all came out of the same tank.
