Nawaz has given his statement in three pages. they wrote, ‘First of all, Aaliya and I have not lived together for many years. We have been divorced but the understanding between us was only for the children. In the second point, the actor said, ‘Does anyone know what my children are doing here for the last 45 days and why they are not going to their schools. Whereas everyday I am getting letter from the school about his absence. My children have been kept captive for 45 days and they are not going to their school in Dubai for 45 days.

The actor further wrote, ‘He left my children alone for 4 months and now has called them here to demand money. It is being given an average of 10 lakh rupees every month for the last 2 years. And before going to Dubai with my children, he was given around 5 to 7 lakh rupees every month. This money does not include school fees, medical expenses or other expenses of my children. I have financed three more films in which I have spent crores of rupees. All this so that she can establish something of her own and settle herself, because she is the mother of my children.

According to media reports, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has a net worth of around 13 million dollars i.e. 96 crores. The actor further wrote, ‘He was given expensive cars for my children, but he sold them for his expenses. I have also bought an expensive house in Versova for my children, which is in Aaliya’s name only as the children are small. I have also bought a house in Dubai for my children so that they can live comfortably there. She is filing so many cases on me and my mother just with the intention of demanding more money, and this is her habit.
