He started working in films after working in media for many years. You will be surprised to know that Rami was very much liked for the role of a villain in the 80s and 90s. He dominated from Hindi cinema to South films.

Apart from this, Rami Reddy killed himself by playing the role of Baba Nayak in Sanjay Dutt and Govinda’s film ‘Andolan’. On the other hand, in the role of Colonel Chinkara in Sunil Shetty and Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Waqt Hamara Hai’, Rami Reddy was overshadowed by the hero.
