• My personal favorite of the employee scheduling tools from eResource software is their convenient and easy-to-understand Gantt chart. It helps to get a glance at existing schedules by projects and resources to decipher availability and resource allocation. 
• The software also has comprehensive filters that aid in identifying qualified resources on the go with custom details encapsulated in the resource forms, e.g. certificates, skills, qualifications, etc. Agility and flexibility are never a problem and the best part is that eResource Scheduler offers a scheduling chart that displays resource availability in real time. Every change in the schedule gets updated in real-time with any new creations or modifications and being a coordinator makes my work easier than anything. 
• The availability of real-time information allows me to see how many hands are on deck and I can easily identify the resources working per project. The insights from the software also help in project optimization, so we can quote clients accordingly based on the number of resources per project. 
• Another excellent feature of the software is its drag-and-drop interface. I am not a major techie and sometimes I do struggle with new technologies, but the amount of interactive programming developers did for the eRS is no less than commendable. I can schedule resources on projects and tasks easily with a simple drag-and-drop feature that helps me to shorten, expand and re-assign tasks for different resources. 
• The software allows me the flexibility to schedule resources in different views. I am talking about day-view for assignments spanning across days, hour-view for intra-day bookings, and month-view for assignments sprawling across weeks and months. The employee scheduling software helps to reduce resource overload as it offers real-time insights into project demand and resource capacity. It massively helps to reorder assignments based on overload indicators, which in turn aids workload distribution. 

There are other features as well like split bookings, different scheduling perspectives, etc. that help to maximize resource utilization, so I would say the features are a bang for the buck!
