India is the second largest Smartphone market in the world. So all phone manufacturers try to increase business in this country. China’s popular company Honor is no exception. It is heard that they are going to make a comeback in this country soon. Speculations are rife in tech circles that Madhav Seth, former president of Realme India, will join Honor’s India arm as its CEO. He officially left Realme last month. Honor was initially quite active in India, but later they gradually withdrew from the smartphone market in the country. However, the brand is still offering tablets and wearable devices in India. But now, a new source claims that they are gearing up to launch the Honor 90 smartphone in the country.
Honor 90 is coming soon to the Indian market
Famous tech YouTuber Technical Guruji has claimed in one of his videos that Honor might launch the Honor 90 smartphone in India in September. However, the exact date of unveiling has not been mentioned. Even Honor has not yet officially announced anything about their return to the Indian smartphone market. However, the YouTuber has uploaded an unboxing video of the Honor 90, revealing its key features.
The Honor 90 phone is already available in various markets around the world. The model showcased by Technical Guruji is similar to the global variant of the smartphone. It has a slim profile with camera rings on the rear panel. The device offers a 6.7-inch full HD+ curved edge OLED (OLED) display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. The phone uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 processor, which is paired with a maximum of 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
For photography, the Honor 90 has a triple rear camera setup with a 200-megapixel primary sensor, the main sensor is paired with a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. And in front of the phone is a 50-megapixel front-facing camera. For power backup, the Honor 90 phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The base model of the Honor 90 is expected to be priced between Rs 30,000 in India.
