Nothing, the Carl Pei-led brand, today announced the opening of its first Exclusive service center in Bangalore, India. This service center will be opened for public from next month i.e. August. It is believed that the brand is planning to open the service center mainly to meet the increasing demand that can be created among the customers after the announcement of the upcoming Nothing Phone (2) model in the country. Nothing company has also informed that they have also decided to increase their customer service team in order to provide excellent service in addition to solving the product related problems or queries of the customers.
Nothing is set to open its first exclusive service center in India in August
In India, Nathing’s exclusive service center is ensured to provide customer support and after sales services. And by July the company is planning to increase the number of its basic / partner service centers from 230 to 300. After which Carl Pei’s company will be able to cover a total of 19,000 pin codes across the country.
Meanwhile, periodic service camps will be organized for customers with the launch of Nathing’s exclusive service center next month, which will provide them with a dedicated platform for product support. Additionally, customers will get the opportunity to purchase accessories, care packs and warranty upgrade packs for accidental / liquid damage from this service center.
It is also reported that Nothing may set up five more exclusive service centers in five major cities in India by the fourth quarter of 2023. Not only that, the company is planning to open 20 additional centers in different cities of the country by 2024. Besides, it has been reported that Carl Pei is also thinking of launching ‘Nothing Drops’ and ‘Pop-up Stores’ in several cities around the world including India. In this regard, Nothing is preparing to open a new pop-up store in Bengaluru on July 14 at 7 pm. From where you can buy the upcoming Nothing Phone (2), Nothing Ear (2) black color variant and other products.
Incidentally, it has already been announced that Nothing Phone (2) will be launched in India tomorrow i.e. 11th July. In this regard, the company has confirmed that the upcoming flagship model will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD Plus OLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. As for storage, the handset may offer 12GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB ROM variants. Moreover, it will have a dual rear camera setup for taking pictures. These could be – 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary sensor and 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens. Again, the device may have a 32-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The in-display fingerprint sensor is likely to be offered on the smartphone in question to provide security. And for power backup, the Nothing Phone (2) is claimed to be powered by a 4,700mAh capacity battery with 33W wired and 15W wireless charging technology.
