  • They live in Luxembourg and have the status of being a political refugee there.
  • They are children of Luxembourg, citizens of Luxembourg, or citizens of a country in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation. They have lived or worked in Luxembourg for at least 5 years and done their job there for at least 50% of the legal or contractual number of hours.

This help from the government comes in the form of a loan and a scholarship with a fixed interest rate of 2%. It costs 13,000 € per school year. It can’t be used with any financial aid the student might get in their home country.
