How do I check my SmartTag battery? The Samsung SmartThings App provides users with all they need to know about their SmartTag, including the battery status. Here’s how to check the battery life remaining: Open the Smartthing app Open the Smartthings app on your Galaxy device. Go to the Devices tab Navigate to the Devices tab and tap on the SmartTag you want to see the battery status of. Find the Battery section Scroll down and tap on the Battery section. Note this won’t have a percentage, but indicators like Full or Sufficient. It’s likely that you won’t need to check the battery level, as your SmartTag will start beeping when the battery gets to a critically low level.
