Additional language proficiency is a plus. - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related roles preferred. - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, with a high level of accountability and self-motivation. - Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and basic office software.
