#### Customer Support

#### Travel Planning
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and travel objectives.
- Offer personalized recommendations, itinerary suggestions, and destination insights to enhance their overall experience.
#### Communication
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, colleagues, and travel partners.
- Keep clients informed about important updates, travel advisories, and any changes to their reservations.
#### Problem Resolution
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and take proactive measures to mitigate them, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience for our clients.
#### Product Knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on our portfolio of destinations, properties, and travel services.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of historic landmarks, cultural attractions, and local customs to better serve our diverse clientele.
#### Documentation
- Accurately document all client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Maintain organized records and files to facilitate efficient follow-up and resolution of customer inquiries.
### Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related roles preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment, with a high level of accountability and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, email, and basic office software. Experience with CRM software is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
- A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work.
