Overview :
Our client, one of the nations largest technology and consulting firms, is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Lead to work REMOTE on a Federal Project based in DC. This is a Part Time role. The project is seeking assistance in maintaining and evolving a set of business solutions that will integrate with and extend their case management system.
This REMOTE role is PART TIME, with flexible hours between 8 am and 5 pm. Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens, able to pass the clients background check.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, stakeholders, developers, and testers
- Document and analyze functional & non-functional requirements
- Create process diagrams
- Document user stories
- Validate proposed solutions against business requirements
- Remote Helpdesk Support
- Project Management
- Lead meetings regarding project status, architecture, services, & technical details
- Plan production releases
- Plan, track, document project progress
- Training - Create training materials, conduct training
- Create plans for data import and data transformation
- Export data from existing Microsoft Access data base
- Transform, test, and clean up data for import
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects
- Proven experience as a helpdesk technician or in a similar customer support role
- Business analysis/process reengineering
- Experience with Document application security
- Experience maintaining AWS architecture diagrams
- Data Migration experience
- Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens, able to pass the clients background check
