Digital Marketing Coordinator (4 day week job)

At Insomnia Cookies, our dream is to “Imagine What’s Possible.”  As we grow our brand, we need a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to help engage our community of Insomniacs through all digital touchpoints, and to ensure a consistent digital presence for our brand.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will report to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and support and improve Insomnia’s digital marketing efforts while being responsible for digital content management, including merchandising and promotion setup across web, mobile web, app, digital menu boards and in-store POS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of web assets and site merchandising, including new products, pricing, promotions, store hours, etc.
  • Maintains a digital content calendar to plan and execute campaign strategies
  • Coupon code creation, reporting and maintenance
  • Content liaison with internal creative team to acquire digital assets
  • Manages marketing and menu content on all retail digital menu boards
  • Participates in digital marketing strategy and goal-setting
  • Assists with analysis of campaigns to optimize results
  • Works with digital marketing team to optimize conversion

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Recent college graduate up to 2 years of experience
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience in hands-on content management/site merchandising
  • Organization strategies that support simultaneous campaigns and product launches
  • Passion for digital marketing; curious and open to suggest new approaches
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, balanced with time for analysis and joining strategy-setting brainstorm sessions
  • Troubleshooting skills. You can become a SME (subject matter expert) and the team go-to for questions re: site merchandising, coupon and pricing setup, and how back-end inventory and admin. systems work with front-end user facing platforms.
  • Great communication and project management skills, with ability to consistently plan for and meet deadlines.

Would be amazing if you have these additional skills:

  • Retail marketing background with an emphasis on driving revenue and conversion
  • Hospitality/food and beverage or gifting experience – on a marketing team or as a front-line employee
  • A sweet tooth for the world’s best cookies
  • Ability and curiosity to learn how the customer experiences Insomnia Cookies, on the web and app, and via retail store and food delivery apps
