International Marketing Communication Lead (4 day week job)

Luscii is a digital healthcare platform that allows healthcare professionals to remotely guide their patients. We are seeking a Marketing Communication leader with experience in a scale-up environment to join our international team (in a traditional organization, this role would typically be called chief marketing officer, but we prefer to avoid hierarchy). As the Global MarCom lead, you will be responsible for enhancing our branding, messaging, and marketing communication strategy, as well as increasing awareness and trust in Luscii.

As we take the next step in growing our business, we are seeking to expand our team. We are looking for someone who embraces challenges, enjoys learning, has the ability to lead specialists while also being hands-on, and is familiar with B2B (digital) marketing-communication for (different) healthcare systems, most important the NHS in the UK.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building out our impact-brand and setting up a marketing communication strategy for Luscii in the different countries, allocating resources to the highest impact initiatives;
  • Shaping our brand strategy;
  • Translating Luscii strategy and positioning into messaging and our global MarCom approach;
  • Leading (external) marketing communication specialists and/or agencies for successful marketing campaigns;
  • Developing the Luscii content strategy;
  • Managing Public Relations;

Our ideal candidate

  • Has a master’s degree;
  • Has 10+ years experience as a MarCom lead, also in scale-up environments;
  • Has experience in shaping/optimising the marketing communication strategy and process;
  • Knows how define key metrics and knows how to work with analytics tools;
  • Has experience working in (digital) healthcare;
  • Understands Public Relations to enhance Luscii’s reputation
  • Knows how to lead marketing communication experts and/or agencies
  • Understands when to use agencies/external teams and how to work with them;
  • Has knowledge of health systems, particularly the NHS;
  • Breathes agile and is interested in learning and working in a Holacracy organisation;
  • Is analytical and hands-on, we want to continuously develop and improve;
  • Has a flair for high-quality communication, including graphics and appealing wordings;
  • Works and lives in the UK and is a native speaker
