About Our Intern Program:

We have a number of remote positions for a paid part-time fall and winter internship (compensation and credits earned). As an intern with SportsRecruits, you will have the opportunity to work in a start-up environment and tackle real-world business challenges. Our internship program is designed to allow you the freedom to explore each department within our company and get real, hands-on experience with each member of our team. We are looking for innovative and proactive interns who are ready to hit the ground running. Taking on a large amount of responsibility, you will be an integral part of our operations for the duration of the internship.

Customer Success & Operations - Paid Internship

Work directly with our Customer Success team to ensure our customers have a memorable and seamless experience with SportsRecruits. Troubleshoot customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries. Learn the ins and outs of our product, develop problem-solving skills, and hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall SportsRecruits brand. Also responsible for aiding in the operational efforts during the company’s largest B2B renewal season. If you are interested in roles in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Operations this opportunity will give you direct exposure to these functions. This internship runs from Monday, October 9th to Friday, February 2nd. Our internship for Fall and Winter 2023 can be entirely remote or we have a WeWork in New York City that is open for hybrid or full in-office work.

Our internship pays $15 per hour.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
  • Enthusiasm for sports and the recruiting process.
  • Customer Service or Sales experience preferred (not required).
  • Solid analytical thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly identify the source of and solution to a problem.
  • Ability to understand our users needs and communicate our value proposition.
