ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a team member who will have a strong passion in driving exponential Business growth through data informed business decisions.

The right candidate will be an active contributor to the development of Procurify’s long term strategy and financial planning and will provide input and business support to help drive strategic change and initiatives. Everyone at Procurify is a team player. A big part of this role involves owning Procurify’s performance measurement, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. What you’ll be working on

• Instil deep partnerships with the Senior Leadership team to provide value-added insight to the business.
• Drive an efficient, effective, and cohesive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to company strategic objectives.
• Develop and monitor the company’s annual budget and rolling forecasts, including establishing budget tools, setting timelines, and acting as project manager for the company to ensure all budgets are accurate, comprehensive, and completed on time.
• Responsible for the preparation and consolidation of monthly management reporting package that includes full financial statements, comprehensive Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends.
• Provide financial modeling, financial analysis and valuation support for acquisitions, new product development, long-term contracts and other ad-hoc financial projects.
• Provide a high level of thought process to drive improvement; recommend areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure.
• Develop and enhance competitive intelligence, customer intelligence, data and technology trends within the industry.
• Mentor, coach and develop the FP&A team to ensure appropriate accountability and performance standards are met.
• Continuously enhance the FP&A team capability, infuse motivation and develop succession planning within the function.

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years of financial leadership experience preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to prepare financial forecasts, investment analysis, develop and monitor performance metrics and interpret and accurately communicate financial data.
• Strong ability to understand how the business delivers value to the shareholder and what drives profitability.
• Outstanding skills to measure financial performance, assess new business opportunities and identify underlying business trends.
• Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and issues in a simple, compelling, and concise manner for presentation and discussions with senior management and other nonfinancial business leaders.
• Experience and demonstrated ability to interact effectively and quickly establish trust and credibility at the senior management level as a strategic financial partner.
• Proven success in recruiting, training, motivating and retaining a high performing team to produce quality work, delegate accordingly and provide appropriate oversight.
• Prior experience and knowledge leading business transformation, process improvement and organizational change is beneficial.
• Experience in leading remote team is an asset.
• CPA or equivalent, MBA is strongly preferred
