Vice President, Product Management (4 day week job)

Purpose of Position

We are looking for a Vice President of Product who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company, driving product strategies from definition to execution, and contributing directly towards company level Strategy.  You’ll be managing the product management, product operations and UX functions focused on our B2B business across our full spectrum of customers e.g. SME through enterprise.

Join our team in our Product Hubs in Berlin or London or work from another country where Awin has an office if you are willing to travel.

Skills & Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and mentor a product organisation including product managers, designers, copywriters, researchers and product operations personnel.
  • Take ownership for the full product lifecycle of the Awin platform, including product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.
  • Work with the board and other leadership team members to understand, prioritise and deliver the platform requirements of the business.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Awin leadership team and contribute to solutions for major business issues.
  • Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.
  • Develop budgets, forecasts and metrics to drive the product strategy forward.
  • Develop personal development plans for product teams, including career pathing and training needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement of development processes and changes to existing processes.
  • Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through lead-by-example leadership and decisive action.
  • Build a highly engaged organisation with empowered teams delivering products that satisfy the needs of and delight customers.
  • Hands on experience leading large scale build-outs of global applications.
  • As a Member of the Management Steering Group (MSG), actively contribute to the global strategy and direction, improving cross-departmental collaboration, and business-critical topics such as corporate strategy, delivery of financial targets, M&A, culture, and more.
