We are currently seeking a Programme Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis working 30 hours per week, for a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension.

The Role

As a Programme Administrator, you will support the day-to-day delivery of our Doctoral Training Alliance (DTA) training programme across a national network of UK universities.

Specifically, you will ensure the programme is delivered to the relevant UK and EU standards by supporting the administration of programme delivery and monitoring.

Your duties will also include: * Monitoring, evaluating and reporting across the DTA community * Communication and dissemination activities * Event and training workshop administration * Financial administration * Governance support * Project work as required

About You

To be considered as our Programme Administrator, you will need: * Experience of working with individuals and groups at a range of levels across organisations * Strong MS Excel skills including knowledge of pivot tables and data filtering * The ability to independently manage your work plan * Excellent administration skills * Strong IT skills * To be highly organised with great attention to detail * To be a self-starter

Experience of data collection would be advantageous, as would experience of document design and social media awareness.

Location

UA operates an agile working model where staff have the option to work the majority of the week remotely with access to a Central London ‘touchdown’ space for times when physical presence is required or preferred for performing job roles.
