Senior Sales Manager New Business (4 day week job)

Purpose of Position

We are looking for a motivated individual who will excel in developing new Business and growth opportunities with small to medium sized brands in the Nordic Regions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to step into the environment of affiliate marketing and seeking to gain valuable experience in a leading global digital marketing network. Reporting to the Regional Head of New Business, this role offers you the opportunity of joining a dynamic and experienced Sales team.

If this sounds like you, we have a great opportunity to join Awin’s Nordics New Business Team, focusing on securing new revenue streams with advertisers that operate in the Scandinavian territories.

Key Tasks

  • Managing the full sales cycle for Nordic opportunities, from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Developing & maintaining a Nordic prospect/sales pipeline, as well as negotiating and closing deals with new advertiser clients
  • Building trust and credibility with your prospects by taking the time to understand their needs and providing thoughtful solutions by following a consultive selling approach
  • Meeting allocated sales revenue and profitability targets in terms of quality and quantity
  • Managing the transition of new advertiser accounts through finance, technical and account teams for launch onto the Awin platform
  • Representing the company on trade shows and other industry events to generate new leads, as well as the participation in projects

Skills & Expertise

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Performance Marketing
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce sector in the Nordic markets and ideally, already a diverse business network in the Nordics
  • Fluency in Swedish and English; German is a plus
  • Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRMS, ideally Salesforce
  • Competitive, target-oriented, tenacious and determined to succeed
  • Very good organizational, prioritization, negotiating and closing skills paired with resilience, proactivity and sense of responsibility
