Demand Generation Manager (4 day week job)

Procurify’s Intelligent Spend Management platform provides hundreds of organizations worldwide with real-time visibility and control over all business spend. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Demand Generation Manager to join us on our journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Procurify is looking for a skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team and play an integral role in leading and implementing Procurify’s demand generation strategy.

The right candidate will be innovative, analytical, pragmatic, and share our values of Creativity, Courage, Curiosity, Compassion, and Customer Obsession. You are a person that understands the importance of running digital marketing programs that produce high-quality leads and generate sales pipeline. You know how to build, run, and manage awareness, paid, and Lead Nurturing Programs that target, educate, and convert the ideal buyer into Intelligent Spend Management advocates.

The right candidate will be buyer-driven and market-focused, with experience building a high-performing demand generation channel that aligns with the overall marketing strategy. In this role, you will develop, run, and manage paid search programs that target people actively searching for a spend management solution, ensuring they find Procurify. You will build awareness programs and campaigns that target and build awareness in Procurify with future spend management buyers. You will also explore and find innovative ways to engage and offer value to people who already have knowledge of Procurify, building value-creation programs that move them into an active buying motion.

Success in this role will be realized by providing the right product message to the right people at the right time, turning our digital marketing channel into a predictable and high-performing revenue-supporting function.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing playbook that increases awareness, produces high-quality leads, and generates sales pipeline

  • Run and manage targeted paid search programs that focus on impressions, clicks, and conversions

  • Distribute high-value content across various digital channels to generate demand.

  • Plan and build lead nurturing programs that move people into an active buying motion

  • Analyze and continuously optimize paid programs to maximize return on spend

  • Leverage analytics and KPIs to understand program effectiveness and continuously improve lead performance and conversion.

  • Report and communicate KPI results, highlight achievements, identify opportunities and risks, and outline plans for improving demand generation outcomes

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to build programs and campaigns that support the overall marketing playbook

  • Partner closely with growth and sales to build and support cross-functional lead-generation programs and campaigns

Who we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of marketing and demand generation experience with a focus on growth-stage technology companies

  • Ability to build, run, and manage awareness, paid, and lead nurturing programs and campaigns from start to finish

  • Proven track record of producing high-quality leads and generating sales pipeline

  • Experience creating demand-generation programs that demonstrate a deep understanding of the buyer and market

  • Ability to analyze and understand data to continuously optimize program and campaign performance

  • Outstanding conversational and written communication style that is simple, clear, and concise

  • Positive and open-minded with excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking skills, and hands-on execution

  • Team player aligned with organizational objectives while working as an individual contributor

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to focus on high-impact, high-value initiatives
