Compensation: \(65,000 base + up to \)15,000 bonus per year based on Services Team Goals

Your Work

The Senior Digital Campaign Strategist at Feathr is the customer’s dedicated marketing lead that drives successful outcomes for our highest-value, complex customers. This individual will work closely with our Digital Campaign Managers and Designers to effectively plan marketing campaigns and advise our customers to do their best marketing. The Digital Campaign Strategist will report to the Team Manager on the Managed Services team.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years work experience developing, managing, or planning marketing campaigns across multiple customers

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing position

  • 1+ years of account management experience or equivalent

Your Day

  • Develop strategic marketing plans for your customers to understand and for your team to deliver

  • Conduct research to help build customer target audiences and campaign strategies

  • Test, validate, and develop best campaign practices for your customer portfolio and for the team

  • Lead customer calls to communicate campaign results and clear recommendations to deliver customer value

  • Lead your Campaign Manager to ensure project deliverables are completed with quality and timeliness

  • Take over at-risk or escalated customer accounts and develop retention strategies

  • Project manage a customer portfolio of $700k+ in Managed Services revenue

  • Report on campaign data to tell a cohesive story

  • Optimize campaigns and ensure results are on pace with client goals

  • Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues with support team manage customer projects from start-to-finish using Asana, Gsuite, Front, and Salesforce

  • Communicate  with the customer as needed to complete deliverables

  • Lead coaching sessions on key topics in collaboration with management to help other Strategists achieve their targets

  • Proactively identify and improve department operations or customer experiences by gathering and analyzing customer feedback, summarizing trends, and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of the department

Compensation

Base salary for this position is Salary \(65,000 base per year dependent on experience and credentials, with the possibility of earning up to an additional \)15,000 per year  based on Services Team Goal.

Location

This position is Remote to candidates located fulltime in Florida or with the option to work from our headquarters in Gainesville, FL.  If you aren’t familiar, Gainesville is a hip, mid-sized city with a highly innovative population and an attainable standard of living.

Interview Process

As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive Interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved. Additionally, each interview stage consists of standardized questions and rubrics with a scoring system to ensure a consistent and fair assessment practice of all candidates.

Information Screening - The Talent Acquisition Specialist will invite candidates that move forward to a 30-minute virtual interview. This conversation will be focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions the candidate has.

Hiring Manager Interview & work Exercise - 1 hour virtual meeting with the Hiring Manager to answer role-specific questions and review the work assignment. There is a role playing exercise component to this interview as well. Candidates will be given a prompt to prepare a few days ahead of their interview.

Panel Interview - 1 hour interview with two to three key members of the team. This interview will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position.

Offer - The Talent Acquisition Specialist will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the candidate will receive their formal offer. This is the opportunity for candidates to provide any additional information or context if there are concerns surrounding their background check. Feathr believes candidates that have made it to this point in the interview process are truly talented individuals, and so we are open to dialoguing background screens before turning away candidates that have consistently excelled through the interview process.
