Responsibilities:
Produce (brainstorm, script write, film, edit) 5-8 short-form videos per week comprising a mix of pitches and assignments.

Star in videos and be one of Impact’s main hosts, with an expectation to create content consistently.
Generate video series concepts and ideate topics that will resonate with youth audiences that care about social justice and Current Events.
Keep up with viral culture trends, social issues, news, and discourse that Gen Z cares about.
Stay up to date on viral sounds, formats, and stories on TikTok.
Cover news stories quickly, ideally within a few hours.
Create impactful content you care about, from current events to cultural taboos.

- You will have the opportunity to create content that raises awareness and action.

The Nitty Gritty:
⏲️ Time commitment: You will produce 5-8 short-form videos per week for our platforms. This should take you around 20-25 hours.
📆 Position length: 2-month trial, option to extend; contract to be renewed if mutual fit in 6 months
💸 Position is paid at an hourly rate based on your location. NY & CA range: \(15-\)25/hour. If you’re an existing creator, pay may be increased.
