So MSI is the latest to the handheld console market with their MSI Claw announced at CES 2024. The Claw is said to feature up to Intel® Core Ultra 7 processor with Intel® AI Boost which to me says there are going to be multiple models available depending on price. It weighs just 675 grams and it’s got a 7-inch full HD 1920×1080 IPS touchscreen display so colours should be nice and vivid and it features Intel Arc graphics, and they have Assassin’s Creed Mirage on display at CES for people to try. For IO you’ve for a USB Type-C charging port capable of PD charging and compatible with Display Port and Thunderbolt 4. There’s 2x 2watt speakers as well as a combi jack for gaming headsets and a microSD card reader. It’s got MSI Centre M for some customisation options but more on that once we see one, and it even features fingerprint security. For power, you’ve got a 6-cell 53-watt battery and a 65-watt PD charger included and it uses Cooler Boost HyperFlow, which has over 50% larger air-vent size compared to its competitor.
