  12. Ensure that  Local Service has Full Control, then click on  OK.
  13. Try to open the  QuickBooks and create a .pdf file.

 Solution 7: Disable loading program or service from start-up to avoid conflict

  1. Click on “Start”, and to start the System Configuration Utility, type “msconfig” (without the quotation marks) in the open box
  2. select the “Services” tab,
  3. click “Disable All” if it is not gray and check the “Hide All Microsoft Services” box
  4. Click on the “Startup” tab,
  5. Select the “Disable All” and click “OK”.
  6. to restart your computer to Selective Startup environment, Click “OK”
  7. When the “System Configuration Utility” window is displayed on the screen, please check the “Don’t show this message or launch the System Configuration Utility when Windows starts” box and click on OK.
