Bleeding Cool has exclusive information about an upcoming storyline in Action Comics called “Shattered City,” which is set in Metropolis. This event will bring new challenges for Superman and his allies.

In September, DC Comics will be releasing Knight Terrors Superman comics for a couple of months. However, the Action Comics, Superman, Steelworks, and Adventures Of Superman: Jon Kent series will return. Additionally, Power Girl and Fire & Ice: Welcome To Smallville will be launching. While these details had been kept out of the solicitations, Bleeding Cool has now revealed that the upcoming storyline in Action Comics is titled “Shattered City,” and it will focus on the turmoil in Metropolis, where Superman and his Superfriends face opposition.

The solicitations for Action Comics #1057 reveal that a young terrorist leader named Norah Stone will make her debut in the series. She aims to rid the city of Kryptonians and as a result, members of the Super-Family start losing their powers. A new team of metahumans steps forward to fill the power vacuum. This storyline raises questions about Norah Stone’s identity and her obsession with Clark Kent.
