PAX East 2024 is finally here. The Lords from the Iron Lords Podcast and LOGNET are live once again on the show floor. One of the many games being previewed on the show floor this year is Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch.

Lost Eidolons Veil of the Witch

One of my big standouts from this year’s PAX East 2024 was Lost Eidolons: Veil of the Witch. Since I was the person who reviewed the first game I had high hopes for this. I was not disappointed. Even though it is kind of a spin-off from the other first game, it does it in the right way. Some of the complaints from the first games such as time spent in camp have been reduced. Instead of the main character developing relationships throughout the game, everyone can develop with everyone. 

That was really cool to hear. If you are indecisive when playing tactics games the undo option makes a return where you can undo moves so many times while in battle. Veil of the Witch promises to be a great spinoff with a great story. Ocean Drive Studios did great with the original Lost Eidolons and I was happy with what I played. I look forward to the full release.
