Digital Extremes showed a lot of stuff at PAX East this year. They took over the main event theatre for an hour and a half to talk about not only Warframe, but Soulframe as well. They showed off a really cool trailer for Soulframe, that showed off new characters and gameplay for the Fey pact. Pacts are essentially classes that will have their own unique abilities and magic. But let us go over what we saw in the trailer!

Details from the Soulframe Fey Pact Trailer

The Fey Pact Trailer opened with more footage of the Night Tent. Which is the player hub you can seamlessly transfer in and out of while playing the game. Leading into some stealth gameplay and fighting against some of the Ode, the main antagonistic force in Soulframe. They showed off a Beaver, which may be an NPC you get to experience quests from in the world. Similar to others we have seen, such as Avakot. But one of the key takeaways for the gameplay was that the Fey Pact will allow players to float into the air and shoot fiery arrows at enemies. It was an awesome looking ability and hints that the Fey Pact may be more focused on range and stealth gameplay.

There was also a bear in the trailer that in past streams has been discussed as being an important character in the game. What role the bear has is still unknown at this time. There was also a floating alien-like enemy at night that was holding what seemed to be a lantern. Hinting that there will be more non-human enemies.
