As quarantine ensues, video games are doing the most to keep us entertained and our minds off of the pandemic. With April behind us, it’s time to see what May has in store for video games.
Phew. What a month April was, huh? The month began with hit releases Resident Evil 3 and Final Fantasy VII Remake (click the links for our reviews of them) dominating conversations along with next-gen console talk. However, the last week of April saw a serious storm of heated discussion – major story chunks of The Last of Us Part II leaked online… Yikes. At least the end of April is sounding off on a high note with the release of Streets of Rage 4.
May is looking NICE for Switch owners. Along with the BioShock and Borderlands collections, one of the greatest JRPGs makes its way to Switch – Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive Edition. To boot, a cult classic gets a second breath of life on the Switch, and its name is The Wonderful 101: Remastered. That game is also releasing on PS4 and PC. See below for the May 2020 schedule:
