Lagging

To fix the lagging, you have to make sure that your machine has what it takes to run the game properly. Saints Row 4 doesn’t require high configuration at all, but you should check just in case.

Second, open the control panel for your graphics card and disable the Vsync and Antialiasing to lower the settings. These measures will get you rid of that nasty lagging in no time!

Unable to save game on Steam

This is a bit more complicated to fix, but surely not impossible if you follow the following steps:

• Go to Local Files tab, and click ‘Verify Integrity of game cache’
• Start the game and save some progress

Unable to install

Antiviruses are blocking the installation of programs they don’t recognize, and therefore a game can fall into that category as well. Simply disabling your antivirus while you install Saints Row 4 can fix the issue.

Also, a faulty DVD can prevent the game from being installed. Therefore, you should try cleaning the DVD and try the installation again afterwards.

• Hard Disk Space: 10 GB
• Video Card: Radeon HD 5850 of 1 GB or GeForce GTX 260 GTS of 1 GB
• DirectX: the 11 version
• Sound: 100% DirectX 9.0C compliant sound card, but an equivalent onboard sound also will do

But the biggest demand you need in order to play Saints Row 4 is to have what it takes to join the action and those exciting adventures that are waiting for you.
