It’s IAAPA time again and the team are off to Orlando for the biggest trade show in the themed attractions industry. This year however, we’re doing it slightly differently. Rather than staying on International Drive, on the doorstep of the Orange County Convention Center, we’re venturing a little further afield. We’ll be staying at Universal’s stunning Cabana Bay Beach Resort. On the map, it’s only four miles or so, but in reality, it feels a whole world apart in terms of space to breathe after the show, in comparison to the crazy hustle and bustle of International Drive at Expo time. (Or any time for that matter)
The show itself is bigger than ever. The trade show is running from Tuesday 19th November, through until Friday 22nd November and will attract nearly 40,000 people from over 100 countries around the world. There are over 1,000 trade show stands booked varying in size from the simple booth, to the huge global spectacular. All in all, it will fill 560,000 square feet of exhibition space. If you choose to walk the floors to see every stand, it will take you on a journey of over seven miles. We are talking HUGE here.
Meet the Garmendale Team
