The Galaxy S22 Ultra features a 6.8-inch AMOLED 2X panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a QHD+ resolution of 30881440 pixels. The display also has a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and a peak brightness of 1,750 nits. A fingerprint sensor with ultrasonic technology is also placed beneath the screen.
In terms of hardware, there is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, with some regions receiving the latest Exynos 2200 SoC. On the base model, the processor is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, while a 12GB RAM edition is available with 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB of storage.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra runs the current version of One UI 4.1, which is based on Android 12. A 5000mAh battery powers the smartphone, which supports up to 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging.
A 108MP F/1.8 main camera, similar to that of the Galaxy S21 Ultra, is paired with a 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide camera, 10MP F/2.4 3x, and 10MP F/4.9 10x periscope lenses. A 40MP F/2.2 selfie camera is located on the front of the phone.
Phantom Black, Phantom White, Green, and Burgundy are the four colors available for the S22 Ultra.

In Nigeria, the Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra starts at N749,000 Naira for the version with 12GB RAM and 256GB of storage and N799,000 Naira for the high spec variant with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The device will be available both online and offline across all retail outlets in Nigeria.
