If you’re looking to turn over a new leaf in 2020, stick to a new year’s resolution or even just be a bit more generous, then getting involved in The Sequal Trust could be your answer! As a Communication Aid Funding charity, we’re always on the hunt for new supporters and whether that means following us on social media, organising a fundraiser or just donating online, every bit of help we get helps us to supply more people in need with communication aids.

Give Some Time

Over the winter months, people are less likely to take part in a fundraiser as it becomes colder and opportunities such as running races, cycling routes and sports activities all start to wind down until the spring/summer. Fewer sponsored outdoor activities means that we receive less funds raised in our honour, but there are plenty of wintery ways to get involved and raise some money too! Holding a sponsored event indoors, such as a silence, a bake sale or even a craft afternoon can involve many people and create a great donation to our charity.

Be Generous

If you don’t have time to hold a sponsored event but still want to help our communication Aid Funding Charity, you can always just give us a donation of your choosing. Using Just Giving, you can give as a one-off contribution or you can set up a regular payment if you would like to contribute on an ongoing basis. If you’re an avid shopper, then using Amazon Smile is a great way to donate to us with every purchase – at no extra cost to you. Alternatively, you can leave us a legacy in your will, donating as much or as little as you like after your passing.
