While as of right now, none of the medical benefits of CBD can be claimed as fact, millions of people all over the world are believers in the healing properties of CBD (or cannabidiol). There are also countless clinical studies being completed as we speak on the correlation between CBD and various health conditions.

I’ve used CBD to treat a myriad of ailments in the past, including symptoms of anxiety, headaches, and menstrual pain – as you can imagine, it pretty much got me through college. So when I heard about Reliva’s CBD products online, you bet I had to give some of them a try.

Today, I’m going to be giving a full review of Reliva’s Cbd Tincture and one other short review of their 100mg CBD gummy pack that I got my hands on.

First Off, What Exactly is CBD?

According to Wikipedia, CBD is the second most potent active ingredient in cannabis, following THC. It is derived directly from the hemp plant, a close cousin of the marijuana plant.

But don’t worry, nobody’s getting high here.

CBD is non-psychoactive, meaning it doesn’t result in the ‘high’ that people experience when they consume THC (although certain CBD products do contain trace amounts of THC, the effects of this are negligible.)

It has recently gotten lots of attention for the number of benefits it seems to have on all kinds of different ailments and illnesses (for not only humans but for pets as well!) People have discovered all kinds of creative ways to include CBD in their daily regimens- from oil tinctures to gummies to creams, there’s a myriad of CBD products on the market for everyone to try.

Something important to note is that due to federal regulations, CBD companies like Reliva are not allowed to make claims regarding the effects of their products on different aspects of human health. Therefore, while CBD is thought to aid in a variety of conditions, the company can’t claim that for sure.

Now that that’s out of the way, let’s discuss what CBD is believed to be beneficial for.

• CBD is widely believed to relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. I use CBD products for symptoms of anxiety regularly, and in my personal experience, I find it to be very beneficial.
• CBD also is rumored to help treat different kinds of physical pain. Studies have found correlations between CBD consumption and reduced pain response. Using CBD topically to treat pain is one of its most common uses.
• CBD products have also been used in the treatment of cancer-related symptoms (Note: this does not mean it is a cancer treatment, but CBDs effect on the reduction of tumor size is currently being studied). It is used especially often in battling the symptoms of nausea and vomiting that often accompany chemotherapy and radiation cancer treatments.
• CBD is thought to lower an individual’s resting blood pressure, meaning it could have a beneficial effect on heart health.
• CBD is commonly used to treat symptoms of menstruation, such as cramps, nausea, and pain. There are many CBD products on the market catered to this specific purpose.
• CBD also has a relaxing effect, and many people use it to treat sleep disorders like insomnia.

A Deep Dive Into The Reliva CBD Tincture

According to their website, Reliva is a “premium health and wellness company with years of collective experience in improving the quality of life for people all over the world.” They ensure that their products all go through various rounds of quality control and assurance tests before they reach you, which is expected of a health supplement company.

Reliva specializes in CBD-based wellness products. They have a range of products under this umbrella, including CBD cream, CBD gummies, CBD lip balm, and of course, CBD tincture (for those of you who don’t know, a tincture is a word used to describe an extracted compound dissolved in ethanol for medical use. In this case, the compound is CBD.)

Reliva sources their CBD from organic hemp plants grown in the state of Oregon. This means all of their CBD is free of contamination from chemical pesticides and are all non-GMO (only the hemp is organic, other supplemental ingredients may not be.)

Reliva CBD tincture (250mg) is currently priced at $15.99 for a 30ml bottle. The CBD is blended with coconut oil, which they claim helps to “enhance the body’s absorption of CBD.” According to their website, it contains 8.33ml of CBD per serving (1ml). It also contains turmeric extract and beta-caryophyllene.

Reliva notes that their online list of ingredients is for educational purposes only and they may not represent the full list of ingredients contained in the actual product. Only the label on the product itself is a reliable source of ingredient information.

There are not many Reliva CBD tincture reviews online, so we’ve packed this article full of comprehensive information regarding everything you need to know about this product.

Who’s It For?

If you struggle with an ailment that no other treatments seem to be helping, you’ve got nothing to lose by giving this CBD tincture a try.

This product is also perfect for anyone interested in healthy living. Because all of their products are vegetarian friendly (some products include beeswax, an ingredient known to be vegetarian friendly but not vegan-friendly), if you’re an animal lover like I am, Reliva products are guilt-free. The hemp is organic and other ingredients are gluten-free and non-GMO, so fans of clean eating can rest assured with these products as well.

Given the price range of your average CBD product, Reliva products are very reasonably priced, so they’re accessible to people making a variety of different incomes, too.

All of their products are straightforward with detailed instructions on the packaging, so no worries about them being difficult to use.

What We Like About Reliva CBD Tincture

Reliva CBD tincture is packaged with clean aesthetics and no fluff. It includes everything you need to know right on the front of the bottle- what it is, the amount of CBD, and the amount of THC.

As a broke college student in the past, I’ve bought less expensive CBD products to find that they felt cheap to the touch, but the bottle and cap on this Reliva product feel durable.

Something I enjoy about this product is the aesthetic packaging. Given that it’s a natural wellness product, the forest green and white on the label are certainly on brand. If you’re someone who tends to purchase products based on how pretty the packaging is (like me, sometimes), I would imagine you’d grab one of these off the shelves pretty quickly.

After trying out Reliva’s 250mg CBD tincture, the first thing I noticed about the product was the scent. Reliva’s CBD tincture is mint-flavored, but it’s not too strong. Some people can be put off by the strong smell or taste of a hemp plant, so I appreciated that it’s naturally scented. This also helps if you like to take your CBD supplements in conjunction with other foods or beverages.

As far as the efficacy of the promoted effects goes, I felt that this CBD tincture did its job. The effects were noticeable but not overwhelming. I felt that it did help a little with physical pain, but most noticeably it had that nice, relaxing effect you expect when taking a CBD supplement. For my purposes, this worked nicely.

As I mentioned before, this product is pretty reasonably priced compared to other CBD competitor products- especially for being sourced from organic hemp. It’s also available at different marketplaces and stores in local areas- I purchased mine in person this way.

Therefore, if you’re looking for a CBD tincture that won’t drain your wallet, the price point and accessibility of this product are what would make Reliva CBD tincture worth a try.

What We Don’t Like About Reliva CBD Tincture

While I enjoyed the fact that they infused the product with a natural mint flavor, I did notice that there was a slightly unpleasant aftertaste. You don’t notice it when smelling it by applying it topically, but if you take this supplement orally, you may be slightly turned off by the aftertaste. While said aftertaste isn’t entirely overwhelming, it’s worth noting.

One huge downside to Reliva is that they don’t ship throughout the U.S. There are several states that they do not offer shipping services to, so if you’re from California, Wyoming, or a couple of other ones, you’re out of luck.

If you’re someone who has lots of experience with CBD products from fancy dispensaries or you require higher concentrations of CBD (I used the lowest concentration) to feel the desired effects, this product might not cut it for you. I’m sensitive to supplements and the symptoms I use CBD supplements to relieve are not severe, but I’ve benefitted from stronger CBD products in the past.

I would also like to note that the relaxation effects of this particular product were more powerful than the pain-relieving effects, therefore, if you’re seeking powerful relief for severe symptoms, I don’t think that this would meet your expectations. You’d be better off buying a higher level CBD tincture or purchasing a CBD tincture from somewhere else.

What’s Included?

If you purchase this from a store, you’ll only be purchasing the unopened product itself. Therefore, you won’t get it in an ornate box with other goodies and extras. So if you like getting other product samples or informational brochures with your orders, you’re out of luck with this brand.

Overview Of Features

A final overview of the features of Reliva CBD tincture (250mg) includes the durable glass bottle and dropper cap, clean/aesthetically pleasing green and white packaging, necessary information on the front of the package, 250mg of CBD and 0mg THC, and mint flavoring.

Features we see as weaknesses of this product are the moderate potency and poor aftertaste.

Review Summary

While this review primarily covers Reliva CBD tincture, I also purchased a bag of Reliva’s CBD gummies at the 100mg of CBD level. These gummies are priced at $19.99 per pack of ten.

The packaging for these gummies had the same level of quality as the CBD tincture; it felt durable and was pleasing to the eye, with all the necessary information right on the front of the bag.

These gummies are raspberry flavored, and as a fan of raspberry, I enjoyed the taste. I found the gummies particularly relaxing and helpful in inducing sleep, which I struggle with regularly.

Just like the CBD tincture, I would recommend this product to people with mild to moderate symptoms. People experiencing pain or more severe symptoms may not be satisfied and will want to search for a higher quality CBD product.

We believe Reliva CBD tincture is a decent option for people seeking relief from mild to moderate symptoms. It’s a healthy choice given that the ingredients are vegetarian-friendly, gluten-free, organic, and non-GMO, and it is accessible due to its price and availability at in-person stores. The product is of good quality for the value on both the outside and the inside.

The aftertaste is a bit of a bummer, and we found the relaxation effects of this product were more powerful than its pain-relieving effects. At this product’s price point, you expect to make some sacrifices but that may make this product the wrong choice for someone who is looking for relief from pain or more severe symptoms. If you think you might need to purchase a higher quality CBD product, we recommend doing so.
