Merlin’s Final Trial Quest

As soon as you have reached level 10 friendship with Merlin, you would be given his final quest, Final Trial. If you are able to complete this quest, you would be able to upgrade your watering can which would help you clear large patches of mushrooms around the valley. Through it, you would be able to destroy the patches of mushroom which blocks the Glade of Trust.

The Glade of Trust is one of the locations where you would be able to find and get emeralds.

In this quest, Merlin would ask you to create 5 purified night shards and for you to be able to do this, you will need to go to your crafting station and use 25 night shards and 5 dream shards. As soon as you have created 5 purified night shards, you will have to bring them to WALL-E. WALL-E would then crush them into powder. Once done, you would have to gather three items for enchantment which are the following:

• 1 Ice Heart
• 25 Mushrooms
• 1 Falling Water

After you give the enchantment to Merlin, you would get your watering can upgraded.

Location of Falling Water

Falling Water may sound complicated but do not worry as it is not. In fact, getting ahold of it is very easy. All you need to do is to go to the waterfall found at the southern edge of Glade of Trust. Once you get close to the stream which is near the stone bridge, you would be able to find the waterfall. You would find gold sparkling in the water. For you to be able to acquire falling water, you would have to inspect it and do as prompted.

Another thing you must acquire – mushrooms. Do not worry as they are easy to find and get. All you need to do is find them in the Glade of Trust region.

Though mushrooms and falling water are not difficult to acquire, when it comes to ice of heart, it could get a little bit complicated. The reason behind this is because it is not considered as an item. It is actually something you would need to grow.

For you to be able to acquire the ice of heart, you would need to unlock the Frosted Heights region which would cost you about 10,000 Dreamlight. Once, done, you would have to go to it with you bringing the Ice Tear Seeds which is in your enchantment book which you got from Merlin. Then, you would have to do some gardening. Use your shovel and dig up a hole. Place the seeds in the hole and water the seeds with the use of your Royal Watering Can tool. After a short while, your plant will grow and you will be able to get ice heart. Keep in mind that once you have harvested the plant, it will no longer regrow.
