Axes
In Minecraft, axes are considered as a multi-purpose type of tool. Though it is used for tasks, developers has made this tool into a combat oriented tool. This means you could also apply enchantments to it like swords. Here are the statistics applied to axe. Though the damage is different, it is slower in terms of attack speed.
