2025 Mazda CX-70 pricing starts at $41,820

Mazda recently introduced the 2025 Mazda CX-70 SUV, which is essentially a two-row version of the CX-90. The CX-70 is slated to arrive this spring and now Mazda has the pricing, which starts at $41,820. What’s interesting is that the CX-70 has the same pricing as the 2024 CX-90, although the CX-90 has a lower starting price, since it’s offered in lower trim level.

The CX-70 3.3 Turbo Preferred version starts at $41,820, while the most expensive version, the CX-70 PHEV Premium Plus starts at $58,825. To compare the base CX-90 Select version starts at $39,220.

Besides the deletion of the third-row, the CX-70 and CX-90 are pretty similar. Both SUVs have the same three powertrain options. Buyers can choose two versions of the turbocharged 3.3-liter inline six, with either 280 or 340 horsepower. The greener option is the CX-70 plug-in hybrid which has 323 hp and a 26 mile EV range.
