Hyundai N74 trademark might be for an electric sports car

Last summer Hyundai unveiled the N Vision 74 Concept, which was an electric concept that was inspired by the 1974 Hyundai Pony coupe. The retro concept was powered by two electric motors that generated a combined 670 horsepower, which definitely excited us about Hyundai’s electric future. Now we may have proof that Hyundai is going to introduce a production version of the concept.

Hyundai recently trademarked the name “Hyundai N74” in Europe, which was discovered by a member of the 7thmustang forum. Hyundai hasn’t made any announcements about a production version of the N Vision 74 concept or the possibility of a model called the N74 being added to its lineup.

The N Vision 74 concept was powered by two electric motors mounted at the rear, one for each wheel that generate a combined 670 horsepower and more than 664 pound-feet of torque. The concept featured a 62.4-kWh battery pack and a fuel cell system to generate more electricity. Stay tuned
