Porsche has yet to unveil the all-new Porsche 911, but a photo of what appears to be the new Porsche 911 (992) was recently posted on Instagram. The photo was actually posted for about a week, but has since been taken down. Luckily the photo was captured before the post was deleted by the original Instagram user.
We’ll have to wait until later this year to be able to say with absolute certainty that the car pictured here is in fact the new 911. But it looks like it could be, since the image was taken at the Porsche Zentrum Augsburg in Gersthofen, Germany. The car also does appear to have many of the same styling cues that we’ve seen from recent spy shots, like its new taillights.
What we’re also likely looking at here is the new 911 Carrera 4S with its wider rear end and quad tailpipes.
