If you’ve got customer reviews on Yelp, here is how you can easily add in your Virtual Business Number.
STEP 1:
Log in to your Yelp account on your desktop and from the menu on the left, click on Business information.
STEP 2:
On this page, you can change or add your virtual business telephone number in the Basic business info section. And that’s it, you’re all up to date.
Trustpilot.
Trustpilot is the main review site that people refer to, but that being said, not all businesses are featured on the platform.
If yours is, then follow our walkthrough below to quickly change your business number to your new virtual landline number.
STEP 1:
Log into your Trustpilot business account and hover your mouse over the settings tab on the left-hand side of the page. Then click on Profile page.
STEP 2:
On the page that has opened up, scroll down and click on Contact info. Here you can change any of your company details, but most importantly you can type in your new virtual business number. When you’re done, press Save and publish and your details will be updated and ready for your customers when they need them.
Feefo.
Another popular review site, and if your customers are reviewing your business on Feefo then you should make sure all your contact details are correct.
To change your contact number to your virtual business number, you can do the following,
STEP 1:
Log in to your Feefo account to open up your Feefo hub.
STEP 2:
On the left hand of the page, click on the Settings tab. Under Accounts & Users, you can select Business Details from the page that opens up.
STEP 3:
Here you can change your contact details and add your new virtual business number. Now you’re all up to date.
