SwitchboardFREE Celebrates Saving Small-Medium Businesses £901 million After Logging 200 Million Call Minutes

This week, Lowestoft-based company SwitchboardFREE celebrated the milestone of handling over 200 million call minutes on behalf of their customers. But it’s not just the minutes that they are excited about. It’s that this translates to capturing what would have been over 14 million missed calls.

It’s a big win for small-medium Businesses who have banked £901 million more than they would have without SwitchboardFREE’s help. And that figure doesn’t include the residual income these businesses will get from consistently providing their customers, loyal and new, with a professional and memorable telephone experience.
