Since we first launched our product in 2005 we have continued to improve and develop the service to ensure it continually meets the need of our customers.
Not only do we make noticeable changes, we continue making those smaller changes that Benefit customers without realising and support our customer service staff to ensure they can continue to provide the highest level of care.
What have we done so far?
With the launch of our new website at the tail end of last year and lots of positive feedback from our customers we entered 2019 full of positivity for the upcoming year and what a year we have planned on SwitchboardFREE!!
What will be doing?
We are looking forward to being able to add call recording to the already extensive list of features we offer customers in April. We know this is something that is going to be a huge benefit to many of our customers, you can see our blog on how can recording can benefit your business.
Outbound dialling – we have put in place all the infrastructure in place in the last couple of months, the last quarter of 2018 was very exciting times in the office. When the first call ran over our new platform there was many smiles between me and the technical manger!
We also have some new features planned for later in the year that you will hear more about as we get closer to releasing these.
How can we do it?
We have our very own team of in house technical extraordinaire’s, some of whom have built the product and watched it grow since we began in 2005. Not long after we started, we had the addition of our very own app developer who makes the wonderful app that is combatable with Android and iOS. We have a team of coding experts that’s work on the backend of the website that is made beautiful by our talented front-end developers.
Our customer service team listen to the most important people, you, the customer. With the feedback from you, it allows us to take the correct path for our customers as we continue to grow and expand the product.
I can wait to see all the new changes to SwitchboardFREE, I know that this year will be a fabulous year for our customers!
