Your time is a huge resource:
Although everything on the list may be important, consider what is the most important and set your time aside to do this.

Speak to your staff:

Don’t forget these guys do the job day-in and day-out and know it better than anyone. Your staff can be an untapped resource for changes and new ideas.

Its ok to say no:

If something is not going to benefit you, be it a meeting or event then you don’t have to attend. Stay focus on who and what will bring you closer to achieving your goals.

Structure is key:

Set out who is responsible for what area of the business and what is their responsibility, even if there are only 2 of you, it won’t leave any grey areas or the opportunity for things to be missed.

Don’t be afraid to delegate:

The people you have employed you have done so as you believe they can Grow the business with you, give them the responsibility and power to do this. Respect and motivate your staff and you will reap more rewards than imaginable.

Don’t pass the buck:

If you hire someone who has previous experience, don’t just walk away and expect them to know all the answers. Spend some time teaching them and tell them their responsibilities.
