• To clean the IBT rotation sensor and verify it is not loose, perform the following steps:-
• Pull to open the front cover of your Dell Printer and then lift to open the top cover.
• Then you need to raise the lever on the top right side of the drum cartridge.
• If the drum has not yet been removed, grasp the drum cartridge by the handle and lift up and out.
• Clean the IBT rotation sensor with a dry, lint-free cloth. (Figure 4)
• Verify the IBT rotation sensor is not loose and is mounted solidly.
• Reverse the previous steps to replace the drum cartridge.
