LG Q9 One (LM-Q927L) Passes Wi-Fi Certification

A new LG smartphone with model number LM-Q927L has received Wi-Fi certification. The phone is LG Q9 One because a device with the same model number was spotted in the list of Netflix HD and HDR-supported devices. The last date of Wi-Fi certification is November 13, 2018.

In September 2018, the LG Q9 One awarded the Bluetooth certification as well. Now with the Wi-Fi Alliance listing, the phone launch seems near. The smartphone listed with Android 9 Pie and it could be an Android One device as the word ‘One’ in the name.

The upcoming LG Q9 One supports Dual-Bands WI-FI, both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels. The Wi-Fi listing, however, does not confirm any key hardware specifications of the LG Q9 One. But expected specifications have already surfaced online.

LG Q9 One Expected Specifications

The smartphone is expected to come with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The LG Q9 One may feature a single rear camera of 16-megapixel, while an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

These are only rumored specs and not officially confirmed yet, so we are advising our readers to take it with a pinch of salt.

Some reports are saying that the LG Q9 One is not a new phone but another version of LG G7 Fit. The reason is that both phones come with the codename Falcon. The LG G7 Fit comes with a 6.1-inch QHD+ display, Snapdragon 821 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and a 3,000mAh battery.
