It never comes as a shock when people belittle those combative mental disorders
The most common argument that people give to encourage the person to become better is by asking them to pray, not realizing that praying alone can not help someone from a mental illness, because these things like other diseases need a doctor and sometimes medicine to get better.
A recent example of this is a Frenchman who committed suicide by jumping from the big mosque in Mecca. Now, this is one of the holiest places in the world – the embodiment of faith and faith, but that was not able to stop the man from taking his own life.
If faith was only the answer, then the person would have been alive, for this is the nearest that bodily ever faith may be that he adheres. In reality, the situation is exactly the opposite. Those who seek religiosity in the course of time do so out of concern and for improvement, but if a person suffering from cancer needs medical attention, prayer will never only improve the situation. The same is the case with psychological disorders.
People are incredibly shocked, because this is a sight that breaks the idea that prayer will not lead to suicide
A video that is spread over a man that of the tawaf ring has jumped area in Mecca and died
Before we pass foolish judgments such as how hes committed suicide & he is sinful, make excuses
1. Maybe he had a psychic disorder
2. Could be sihr
3. Could have found her virtuous to die in Mecca– SP (@The_Saheel) 9 June 2018

I just heard the news that a man committed suicide by jumping off the space of the Grand Masjid in Mecca. A shocking reality that even in the holiest and most beloved places psychological illnesses can overwhelm the soul.

Shaykh Azhar Nasser, a Muslim scholar, also urged people in the recent past to become mentally ill in the most appropriate way – what the medical route is
Never tell a depressed person about their depression only to treat the recitation of the Koran. When someone breaks his leg, do not tell him to read the Koran without consulting a doctor. Why do we do this against those who are depressed in our communities?

Suicide numbers will continue to grow if people do not understand this basic understanding. Two well-known persons also recently lost their lives as a result of mental illness
Kate Spade was an American fashion designer and businesswoman and Anthony Bourdain was an American chef, writer, travel documentary and television personality. The people who knew them said they had a very happy life and from the outside, you could not tell that something was bothering them – strong as always and not looking for help.
It is absolutely a shock when people who are so close to you and who are exceptionally strong, commit suicide. This means that these diseases affect everyone. Do not close the chances that people will come to you. If you think someone is too strong, try to take the trouble to check them out. Strength comes with its own horrors and occasionally we all need each other.
In the course of time our cultural setting has also become so that you always have to pretend that nothing is wrong and that you have to paint a very beautiful image of your life
You do not get the space to be weak, you can only be good. That in itself is a huge barrier that prevents people from actually sharing what they feel. The constant pressure to be positive and happy comes down to people

On the other hand, we have those who constantly ask for help. They tell us that something is wrong. The dilemma here is that we are not in order in both ways. We complain if they do not tell us and commit suicide and we complain if they tell us and commit suicide.
If they say something is wrong, then this is what we say to people with mental health problems:
- Try to be positive. Life is not that bad.
- You have to pray, it will solve everything.
- You are not productive, that's why you feel like that. Find something to do.
- There are people in worse situations than you. Man up.
- I have a slightly worse situation. You are a baby.
- You are stupid.
- You know you can control this.
- You just want attention.
- This is the new trend.
- God will never do anything that you can not handle.
Where are they going and what are they doing? We mock them and we belittle them because there is no room for the weak and there is no time for the weak. Life is just too fast to get entangled in emotions, right?
This is exactly why people lose their lives. The only thing we should all have time and space for should be mental health, but we do not talk about it. The fall does not stop there alone – we also refuse to allow professional help. On which other side do you see this, if not death?
We have to talk about suicide before more students die in Pakistan
