Bank of Punjab Selects C Square’s Genesys Customer Experience Management Solution & Enterprise CRM

In order to innovate and lead the field in Customer Experience Management, Bank of Punjab (BOP) has partnered with C Square to to use the number of the world 1 Contact Center / CX Solution Provider Genesys.

Given the rapid digital transformation of Customer Engagement, BOP realizes the need to be ready to serve customers in a more consistent and personalized way at all contact moments. In addition, C Square has the task of replacing the old CRM with the latest Enterprise Wide Avantage CRM.
