Amazon's Alexa voice assistant can now run on the Apple Watch

Since the original release of Apple Watch, it has been blocked in the Apple ecosystem, which means that the only voice assistant you can use it Siri. Until the new application called Voice in a Can overrides this limitation, it allows you to use the Amazon Alex voice assistant on Apple devices to wear.

According to The Verge Voice in a Can is a stand-alone viewing application, so it can work without connection to an iPhone. You will need a Wi-Fi connection or an Apple Watch model with LTE support.

As this is still an Apple product, Alexa does not run as smoothly as it is. Voice in a Can uses the complications of Apple Watch to allow the use of Alexy without having to browse the application menu. Being on the watch face, just tap the voice in Can's compilation and this will conjure Alexa, where you can use all of his smart home features, such as turning on the lights and other devices you can have at home.

Alexa's possibilities at Apple Watch are still somewhat limited. You can not make calls, play music or turn on Echo messages, but again it's an Apple product you could expect. This is such a good solution for Alex, as you will find now.

To start using Alex through Voice in a Can, you'll need to connect to your Amazon account and add complications to your preferred watch face. A canned voice costs $ 1.99, which is very important when you work around this problem. But if you're a big Alexy user, it should be a small price to pay.
