News report from Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation tells of a Chinese woman who was refunded twice her Iphone X cause her colleague unlocked it by Facial Recognition on every trial.

I will say, Chinese people nearly look the same so do not blame the facial recognition algorithm. 

Yan said, that despite activating and configuring her iPhone X’s facial recognition software, her work colleague was able to get into both devices on every attempt.

According to her she has made contact with Apple hotline the first time it happened but got zero response. Straight to the nearest Apple store, Yan went, to make complains where her colleague still unlocked her iPhone X by the facial recognition in front of the shops staff.

The store claimed the iPhone camera was faulty so they gave her a new one. Yan's colleague unlocked the phone again even when configuring the software using Yan's face. The shop had to make another refund report says. There was no details if Yan decided to purchase a third iPhone X.
