Tags: moto tech india

Lenovo owned Moto is all set to bring it’s 2017 flagship Moto Z2 Force to India. The smartphone was launched globally in July 2017. Moto India has started sending out press invites for an event on 15th February to launch Moto Z2 Force. We expect Moto to price the smartphone competitively as they are launching the smartphone late in India.

The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with 4GB RAM for the United States and 6GB RAM for rest of the world. The device comes with a 64GB of Internal storage, 128GB for the Chinese version expandable via MicroSD up to 128GB. The shatterproof smartphone is slimmer than it’s predecessor which comes at a cost of smaller 2,730 mAh battery.

Design of the phone is just like any other recent Moto phones with a fingerprint scanner to the front and Moto logo at the back but this one has pins for Moto mods at the back The biggest change is the new 12-megapixel rear dual camera setup with f/2.0 and laser and Phase detect autofocus.

The device has a 5-megapixel front shooter for taking selfies. It has a 5.5 inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display and runs on latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat. The device is available in the US at $799 (around ₹51,500). We expect Moto to price it around ₹40,000 to compete against OnePlus 5T and LG V30+. Stay tuned to Sid Tech for more tech updates.
