Last month, Nokia unveiled it’s first dual camera smartphone called the Nokia 8 and now the HMD Global owned company is all set to launch another variant of the smartphone with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
According to a report by WinFuture, Nokia will be launching the new variant of the Nokia 8 on 20th October in an event to be held in Germany. It will come in a Polished Blue color variant and expected pricing if of EUR 669 around ₹51,500. Other than the RAM and Storage rest everything will be the same.
While it will be global launch, In India we are expected to see the launch of the Nokia 8 tomorrow. The smartphone is powered by 2,4GHz Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU and 4GB or 6GB of RAM. It sports a 5.3 inch Quad HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. It comes with 64GB or 128GB of internal storage expandable via MicroSD upto 256GB.
Nokia 8 comes with a 13 megapixel dual rear camera setup out of which one is a monochrome sensor and one is RGB. The front facing camera is also of 13 megapixels but comes with 78.4 degree wide angle lens and f/2.0 aperture. Both the front and the back cameras are capable of recording 4K footage and comes with Nokia’s Dual-Sight mode which let’s you use both the cameras simultaneously.
