With technology getting better and better and internet becoming more accessible security from the online threats and vulnerability is very important and that is why big companies have to set up their employees phones properly so that it’s important data does not get’s out and also to provide security.
Usually companies uses a Enterprise Mobility Management provider company like IBM, Blackberry etc. But setting up new devices is a very time consuming, So to make the process easier Google has launched a new programme called the Zero- touch enrollment .
So if you are represent a big company, while buying your device you can choose from among the leadking EMM providers and the device will be delivered to your door step configured. Verizon will start offering Zero-touch enrollment from today with Google Pixel devices.
Huawei AMte 10, Sony Xperia Z1 and Z1 compact will also get it soon. Google is also working with other smartphone makers to get this feature a wider reach . All of the Samsung device which will ship with Android Oreo or above will support Zero -touch enrollment. Currently it is available in US only and other networks like AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint will join soon.
